   Hello and Happy Holidays! We spent some time in Albuquerque for Thanksgiving and took the kids to the zoo. Penny loves animals (especially cats). Her favorites were the mountain lion and the jaguar. She is now walking everywhere and trying to keep up with her brothers.  She absolutely loves stuffed animals and talks to them and hugs them very sweetly. She has developed a preference for foods that have spices and exotic flavors to them. When we make scrambled eggs she will not eat them unless we put spicy mustard on it. Her other favorites are pesto pasta and Vietnamese vermicelli. We hope that you have having a happy holiday season and are wishing you well.

    Hello! It has been an exciting few weeks at our household.  We celebrated Persephone's first birthday this last saturday. We had lots of her playmates, friends and family over.  Penny is on the verge of walking and is starting to say more words. She likes to say, "wow" and "ya" when ever she is excited.     I was able to take pictures of all the kids  for their birthday. The boys asked if they were triplets now instead of twins since they almost have the same birthday.

  Hello! A lot of changes have happened over the summer. Penny is a fast crawler and ttys to keep up with her brothers. She also has 5 teeth and is transitioning to "real" food. She enjoys peas, bread and noodles . Penny and I have been taking a "mommy and me" swim class. She Loves the water and splashing around and makes the instructors laugh because of her enthusiasm.  We moved into a larger home and everyone has been adjusting well. The boys love making forts for all three of them to go in .

Hello again!

  Summer has officially started! Penny has enjoyed some outdoor fun including swimming and hiking. She loves the water and does not like having her swim time end! She has also gained two bottom teeth. They make her smile very cute but she does not like to show them off. She is almost ready to start crawling. She can swivel in a circle, and push backwards a bit. We are watching her closely because she will just start taking off soon!  Penny was baptized two weeks ago and has her godparents, my twin sister Tarra,  and our good friend Evan.  As always hope you are doing well!

   Hello and Happy Spring! We are keeping busy here and enjoying the warmer weather. Penny has been growing and changing very quickly. She sits on her own and has started trying solid foods! She likes green beans, squash, and sweet potatoes, the peas were not a fan favorite.  She is drooling and putting everything in her mouth and we lovingly call her our little zombie as she likes to try to eat us . The boys love when she gets them gooey.  At her 6 month check up she was 16 lbs 2 oz and in the 50th percentile for height and weight. We finalized the adoption on Thursday, April 17th,  and we feel very blessed to have her in our lives.

Hello! The new year is progressing quickly and Penny is growing fast. She is out of the newborn stage and is very active! She is strong enough to hold up her head and is trying to sit on her own but is still a bit wobbly. At her 4 month check up she was 13lbs and 9 oz. This is a good weight for her age and she is healthy and on target with all her milestones. She laughs and smiles often especially at her silly brothers ! She LOVES music!!! She has a favorite band and song as well. If she is crying we can turn on Pentatonix " I need your love" and she stops immediately! She likes to try to stand up as well and soon will be sitting up on her own. We are going to wait until 6 months to start trying solid foods because she has acid reflux and we are take it easy on her digestive system. Hope all is well with you, and we look forward to meeting with you in March!
